kiranjit phagurha, RMT (sHe/her)
Kiran takes an integrative, personalized approach to care—combining massage therapy, acupuncture, and cupping to help clients move better, feel better, and live more fully. Her treatments are designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance, with a focus on long-term results and functional movement.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or looking to enhance performance, Kiran’s goal is to support your recovery and help you reconnect with your body—so you can return to the activities you love, feeling stronger and more aligned.
A graduate of Georgian College, Kiran brings a deep knowledge of anatomy and movement into every session. She blends a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, acupuncture, and cupping, to create individualized treatments that address both symptoms and root causes.
As a former competitive snowboarder, Kiran understands the physical demands of an active lifestyle and brings that insight to her work. She stays current through ongoing education and is always evolving her approach to better support her clients’ needs.
Outside the clinic, Kiran enjoys snowboarding, soccer, and yoga, and volunteers at local athletic events. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds—from athletes to everyday movers—and is dedicated to helping each person feel stronger, freer, and more connected to their body.
