Samantha is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents with warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care. She is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating attachment-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.

She has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, emotion regulation difficulties, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. Samantha works collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies, build insight, and support meaningful, lasting change.
