REGAN KELLY RP, MACP (SHE/HER)

Regan is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people grow, heal, and find more connection in their lives and relationships. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. She works to create a safe space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore new possibilities and navigate life’s challenges.

With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, Regan uses an integrative approach that blends emotional and cognitive modalities to help clients move through experiences of grief, anxiety, life transitions, and relational difficulties. Grief is a particular area of focus for Regan. She has completed specialized training in supporting individuals and families through loss, and has facilitated grief support groups related to family loss. She also views grief through a broad lens, recognizing that it can arise not only through bereavement, but also through shifting roles, identities, and transitions in life and family.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper sense of self-acceptance, Regan brings a steady, compassionate presence to help you reconnect with your strengths and values.
