Kirti Thakore PT (she/her)
Kirti is a dedicated physiotherapist with experience working in acute care, post-surgical rehabilitation, and outpatient physiotherapy settings. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Lambton College. Kirti has also completed additional training in pelvic health physiotherapy and is passionate about helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their recovery journey.
Kirti takes an evidence-informed and patient-centred approach to care, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. Her treatments may incorporate exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function and quality of life.
Kirti values building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering patients through education and movement to support long-term wellness and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Kirti enjoys running, cycling, and exploring new places, reflecting her commitment to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
